Harvey shows Tommy John return is a process
Matt Harvey at times has showed signs of struggle through his first year pitching after undergoing Tommy John surgery on his right elbow. There is such a thing as Tommy John surgery fatigue and Harvey showed the vestiges of it on Saturday in a 4-3 loss to the Dodgers.

Mets' offense still trying to work through lull
Like the faintest blips on a heart rate monitor, the Mets' offense showed rare signs of life in the eighth and ninth innings on Saturday at Dodger Stadium. The three runs they scored may not have mattered much in a 4-3 loss to the Dodgers, who took advantage of Matt Harvey's wildness while leaning on their own superb starter, Zack Greinke, for seven shutout innings.

Mets ready for Mejia's return from suspension
Whether Jenrry Mejia addresses the clubhouse as a whole or has conversations privately, locker to locker, Terry Collins doesn't care. The Mets manager does not even care if his suspended former closer apologizes. But he does feel that Mejia must say something upon returning Tuesday in San Francisco.
